I love Ai Yazawa's work! Her designs are still innovative even 10 years later. As much as people love Paradise Kiss I wish they would give Neighborhood Story a try. ^_^  I had a hard time deciding on which of Mikako's outfits to make, but I fell in love with this psuedo-victorian-black-jackdealer look (I guess you could call it that). I also had difficulty finding the right plaid but thanks to the clearance section at Joann's I was able to find one I was happy with for super cheap.  Oh yeah, I went for pre-dye job Mikako so I could us my own hair.
