This particular costume was worn for the Illuminati single during a TV appearance on a variety show. I just loved the labcoat image. It was also the "official" image for the Illuminati single& a fan club poster. Since it wsan't worn a whole lot in concert, it's not one of the more widely known Malice Mizer costumes, but it's definitely recognizable as Mana.
